We provide bespoke support
packages which are delivered on a
floating support basis. This will be
determined by the local authority
when requesting a placement with
Safehands Liverpool.
Young care leavers aged 16+, staff support
young people to learn independent living
skills within their own properties provided
by Safehands Liverpool.
As part of a young person’s placement agreement with us
they will be required to engage in a support programme that
covers life skills required to manage their own tenancy once
they become 18 years old.
