To access and develop suitable accommodation across the Region for care leavers, which may otherwise be out of their reach
To enable the most vulnerable care leavers to become independent over a period of time
To assist our client group to gain the confidence and practical skills needed for successful independent living
To support young people in times of crisis through the path to independent living in adulthood
To utilise the most relevant and up to date research, resources, policy and guidance on care leaver issues to facilitate the best outcomes for the young people
